I have always been passionate about the restaurant business, but it wasn't until I was thirty years of experience to follow my dream, to have my own restaurant, in June 2019.

The menu of Le Bourguignon

Our menu gives pride of place to the culinary culture of the Burgundy region.

You will find traditional dishes such as ham with parsley, beef cheek à la Bourguignonne and of course poached eggs in Meurette;

but also salads to be enjoyed as a starter or as a salad menu.
